Request deletion of your data
You can ask us to delete the data we store about you at any time. This includes any data we obtained from the TikTok for Business Marketing API on your behalf, and any data you submitted through this website.
What we delete
- Your TikTok access and refresh tokens (revoked immediately).
- Cached TikTok API responses tied to your account.
- Performance reports generated from your data.
- Account profile, settings, and login records inside the Logic Target Agency Platform.
- Backups containing the above, purged on the next 35-day rotation cycle.
What we retain
We may retain a minimal record where required by law (for example, invoices for tax compliance) or to enforce our Terms (for example, evidence of a serious policy violation). Any such retention is documented in our Privacy Policy and is itself protected by our security controls.
How long it takes
We confirm receipt within seven (7) days and complete the deletion within thirty (30) days, subject to verifying your identity. Backups containing the deleted data are purged on the next 35-day backup-rotation cycle.
Three ways to request deletion
- Submit the form on this page. Easiest if you do not have access to the email used during connection.
- Email privacy@logictarget.online from the email address associated with your account, with subject line "Data deletion request". Include your TikTok handle.
- Disconnect inside TikTok. Open TikTok → Settings → Privacy → Manage app permissions → revoke "Logic Target Agency Platform". We detect the revocation on the next refresh cycle and purge the associated data within 90 days.
Note for TikTok policy reviewers. This deletion channel is available to any TikTok user who authorized the Logic Target Agency Platform (App ID
7600593971684835329). Disconnecting the application inside TikTok Settings is a sufficient and primary mechanism — this page is an additional channel for users who no longer have access to the originating TikTok account.
